Understanding Suicide, Supporting Children Video (2020 Edition)

In the United States, a person dies of suicide every 12 minutes. That’s five people every hour, leaving over a quarter of a million family members to grieve their deaths. Understanding Suicide, Supporting Children (26 minutes) provides insight on the experiences of children and families after a suicide death, and offers ways to support them. The video and guide are resources for professional trainings, as well as for general viewing by anyone who wants to better understand how to help those who are grieving.
