Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 4 business days from the date the order was placed. If we are unable to process your order within our standard timeframe, you will be contacted via email. 

Shipping and Handling

We offer Media Mail and Priority shipping rates to any location within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Priority shipping arrives 1-3 days after shipping and is available for all orders under $500. Media Mail is estimated by USPS to arrive in 2-8 business days, but is not guaranteed.

For international orders or expedited shipping on orders over $500, please contact the Bookstore Coordinator at 971-297-5153 or orders@dougy.org.

Please note that International orders may include customs fees charged directly to the purchaser that we are not notified of. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
